1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1  The terms and conditions of this document comprise the agreement between Avalanche Cocktails Morzine (hereinafter the "Company") and the Client (hereinafter the “Client”). The contract is deemed to have been made as soon as the booking is confirmed by the Company.

1.2  The Client is responsible, on behalf of all other members of the Party, for all matters relating to the booking. HE/SHE WILL BE PERSONALLY LIABLE FOR ALL MONIES OUTSTANDING FROM THE REMAINDER OF THE PARTY.

1.3  The Company will NOT serve alcoholic drinks to those under the age of 18.

2. PRICES

2.1. In the case of a booking enquiry, the Company will confirm availability and price.

2.2  The Company guarantees the price as quoted at the time of booking.

3. PAYMENT

3.1. Acceptable payment types are Bank Transfer and cash. Payments are taken in Euro.

 
4. CANCELLATION

4.1. It may be necessary to make alterations to a confirmed booking or to cancel the booking completely, due to circumstances beyond the Company's control. Whilst the Company will make every effort to ensure this does not happen, if it is unavoidable, the Company will contact the Client as soon as possible. In this instance the Company will endeavour to make alternative arrangements, if available, or offer a full refund of any monies paid. No other compensation will be offered.

4.2. The Client may cancel his/her booking at any time without penalty.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1. The Company does not accept any liability wheresoever or howsoever arising, or pay compensation for:

5.1.1. Any event which the Company could not foresee or avoid, amounting to Force Majeure.

5.1.2. Any cancellation, loss, delay or costs wheresoever or howsoever arising or connected with adverse weather or traffic conditions, avalanche, mud slips, slides and snow conditions and the effect any of these may have on travel arrangements.

5.3. The Company's liability to the Client will never exceed the amount paid by the Client for the booking.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES AND BEHAVIOUR

6.1. Any loss or damage to the Company’s property caused or arising by the Client or members of his/her group must be paid in full.  This is to be paid to the Company immediately.

7. COVID 19

7.1 Any cancellation due to Covid 19 implications, such as but not limited to; contraction of virus, in contact with someone with the virus and self isolation. Will not be refunded the deposit but will be offered alternative dates in the future.

7.1.2 Deposits will only be refunded if the country of the event (FRANCE) goes into a lockdown. Alternate dates will be offered in exchange.

7.1.3 Deposits will not be refunded if transportation through another country is disrupted (GENEVA-SWITZERLAND) when alternative travel is still available.

8.  TERMS OF CONTRACT

8.1  All descriptions on this website are given in good faith and are believed to be correct.

​

8.2  For the avoidance of doubt in the event of any conflict the provisions of the Terms and Conditions prevail.
